transfer from sda to esa

I'm concerned filling in this ESA if I would be considered fit for work. Do I tell them or not that I am under permitted rules working for my hubby?
Also looking through the ESA there seems to be more questions relating to mental health issue. I dont have these issues. Its all mobility related only.
Any tips or ideas on how to fill this form in would be welcome.

I have been working under permitted rules for my husband for 8 years, whose business is next door to our house, I do 2 hours in the office 4 days a week. Where we live is very rural, and only hotel work is around us. I have had both hips, both knees and both ankles replaced due to Arthritis. I'm on an anti TNF injection, tramadol and celebrex. I would never manage to work in a hotel and be on my feet all day. It works really well with my hubby, as I can just go in when I'm fit to.

In regard the ESA50, have a look at our ESA Claim guides.

If you have any questions once you have had a look, then ask them by replying to this post if you can.
Whilst your doing Permitted Work is not in itself reason to affect your award, the work you do can be considered when assessing your claim, whether it will impact on any award is impossible to say, but you should think about how you manage to do the work you do and any problems and include this on the ESA50, where applicable.
You should also be aware that the Permitted Work rules are different under ESA and you may need to notify the DWP again after transfer.
