DLA Renewal timelimit was created by H2o
my current award expires in Jan, just received a renewal from. They used to give, I think 12 weeks to return, but now it just says "as soon as possible". It takes me good while to work through the forms, could I be refused if I dont return it within the next few weeks, or does it jusy mean the decision will be delayed?

Any idea of DLA decision times now that PIP is the new kid on the block?

See

When should I send my renewal form back?

As far as I am aware renewals are still running at about 11 weeks, although a fair proportion are a lot shorter.
