RECONSIDERATION BEFORE APPEAL was created by Mel B
Hello folks

Me again!
Question . I have had a reconsideration and was not impressed with the quotes given for the dissalowment of my award. So now the appeal has been submitted.
As my original DM awarded me low rate day care DLA and the second DMremoved it, now its appeal.
Who reconsiders this time the first / second or if they have one a third DM???
Is there any way one can find out, as the letters from the DA'S just have a sqiggle as a signature and without a name!!
Thanx in advance.

Decision Makers like to live in the shadows, there is no way to know who, specifically, will be carrying out any further Reconsideration of your claim, nor do you actually need to know, you can simply address any correspondence for "the attention of the Decision Maker".
