Not that I am aware of!
However it is important to understand what the Decision actually said, so for example it did not say, that ATOS had to use a an HCP with mental health training, but rather that any report produced by one without such training was unlikely to be reliable.
ATOS were told to go away and look at their training and procedures to deal with this situation, so it is still perfectly possible for a claimant with predominately mental health issues to be assessed by a physiotherapist and for a Decision on their claim to be made by the DWP, what has changed is that the medical report should be easily disputed at an appeal.
You would hope that the ruling will significantly change ATOS's procedures to remove this problem but I feel it unlikely, especially for those with both physical and mental health issues.
