ESA Regulations 34 and 35 was created by MariW
In short, are ESA Reg 34 and ESA Reg 35 still in force for people yet to be migrated from an old benefit?

Terrific, Gordon
Sorry to have asked but I'm finding the Internet larded with false info to do with ESA. If I had any sense I wouldn't look beyond this site...
Thanks,
MW

No problem, there was a lot of confusion because the Government published a new set of ESA Regulations with different numbers, however, these are only for people claiming ESA under Universal Credit which is currently nobody, but a lot of sites thought that these replaced the current ESA Descriptors and Regulations, which they do not.
