How long is a piece of string? It can take anything from a few weeks to 4 months to hear from ATOs if a face2face is needed, or from DWP if not.

I should have said -this is not a new claim but a review - almost 18 months since last review when no medical required

Once an ESA50 has been issued there really is no difference in the process and timings.
