All info request to the decision maker ... was created by marshbr
I used the BenefitsandWork template letter to request under the data protection act for all the information, copies of emails and other info etc, used by the decision maker in coming to their decision to put me into the WRAG. All I received was a copy of the ATOS medical report and nothing else.
As I am appealing the decision, thanks to all the good info provided by this site, should I make another request under the data protection act for all the relevant info used by the decision maker or should I just leave it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
thanks

Hi mb,
It is highly likely that the only other available documentation may be an LT54 which is filled in by The DWP DM, there may be an ESA113 if one was sent to your G.P.
You could check on that by contacting your G.P. reception.
The important issue with your appeal is to show how and why you qualify for The SG by fulfilling at least one of the descriptors.
You could make another request using a SAR Form, addressed FAO The DWP Data Controller :
SAR Form Download
From this page :
DWP Data Protection Policy
Sending Documents to the DWP or ATOS
Once you have had an automatic reconsideration carried out by a different DWP DM as a result of your appeal, if the decision is not then changed in your favour, you should receive an evidence pack including all the documentation used in making the original adverse WRAG award, and the automatic reconsideration.
