HI there, I have a DLA appeal pending, am appealing "NO AWARD FOR MOBILTY", my house is adapted to cater for disabilitys, so suits me fine, But is situated half way down a steep hill , due to COPD I am unable to walk to top of hill to get on to flat ground, does anyone have any info i.e points of law, case history, ect, would be very grateful for any advice.. many thxs, Samsom
