has any one heard bout being called to gp to fill was created by season34
hi i need help
i filled in the form to go to esa nd after 3 weeks i now have letter from my gp i must come in to see her and fill in form with her sent by the job centre has any one else had this nd wht is the form like

It sounds like ATOS have requested additional information from your GP, this is usually done on an ESA113 form
www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/esa113-interactive.pdf
It is good that your GP has asked you to come in as they usually fill it in from the claimants records, if they fill it in at all.

hi plese do you hve any informtion on how best to fill the drs form that the dwp wants my doctor to do

With regard the form, it is down to your GP to fill this in, by asking you to come in and see them about it, they probably want to clarify some aspects of you conditions so they can make their comments on the form.
Claimants are put in the WRAG or the Support Group for varying periods, they is no way to pre-empt how long it will be before any particular claimants award is re-assessed until a Decision on their claim is made. The minimum period is three months and the maximum is two years for the WRAG and three years for the SG.
