A quick search suggests that WTCs are, I cannot find a reference for CTC's, but as we do not advise on Tax Credits then I would recommend that you get advice from a advisor with training in this area, alternatively you can try inputting your finances in to a benefit calculator, Turn2Us.org has a good recommendation.
