After discussing this with the site owner, I would once again like to clarify what the forum is for.
The subscription you pay is to enable members to access our 'members only' area and read or download our guides on DLA/PIP and/or IB/ESA. Your subscription does not cover the forum, this is provided as a courtesy to members, as is shown on all forum pages.
Moderators will always do their best to answer members queries on the benefits we are qualified to deal with, but under no circumstances can we provide individual advice. In order to have 'face to face' advice, it is necessary to have access to a claimant's case notes, which do not have, nor can we provide with by he DWP.
The only way to to receive individual advice is by a 'one to one' consultation with a qualified benefits adviser. The easiest way to get this if your local CAB cannot help is to use a search engine such as Google and search for 'benefits advice' in your town or city, or by inputting your post code in a search.
I hope this clarifies the situation on the type of advice that our small team of moderators can offer.
Thank you for your cooperation.

pp Moderators : bro58, Jim Allison, Gareth , Gordon, & Mrs Hurtyback.
