I believe Legal Aid is available for appeals to the Upper Tribunal, but not the First Tier.

Hi Gordon

Thanks for advising me of this. You are totally right, Legal Aid is still available for appeals to the UT but not for 1st tier appeals.

Thanks everyone for their advice and support yesterday.
