dla appeal was created by alan king

can someone please help

put in for dla in april 2012.

went to appeal in oct 2012.

had hearing date in june 2013 cancelled the day before, by the appeal court.

have rung the appeal court 3/4 times, explaining what has gone on, the only answer i get is that iam at the top of the list to be heard.

now in nov 2013 and still have not heard from them.

is there a time restraint on the appeal hearing date?

i have since been awarded dla.

what can i do now ?

In case you are not aware, your real name appears to be showing in the forum, if you want to change this then follow the instructions in the following FAQ

Unfortunately there is no prescribed timescale for a Tribunal to be heard within, other than continuing to hassle the Tribunal Service, you can contact your MP, they are limited in the assistance that they can give but it may be enough to get you a date or at least find out what the delay is, finally, you can accept a short notice, less than 7 days, hearing providing you can make it yourself.
