PIP application was created by carmind
A client of mine has just told me that when he telephoned to request a PIP application form, he was told that he would have to complete his claim over the phone, rather than in writing.
Is this correct?

There are two forms involved in a PIP claim, the application form which can be completed over the phone and the "tell us about your disability" form which is sent to the claimant for them to complete and return.

Have a look at our PIP Claim guide for more details.
