Hi
I have been claiming Invalidity Benefit for a number of years then i got sent my ESA Form. I sent in my ESA form at the end of july i sent it via recorded delivery so they couldnt say they had not received it but i have not received anything from them or even a phone call.
What should i do now?

Hi w,
Many of our members are seeing long delays in hearing anything after returning their ESA50.
As long as you are sure that ATOS have received the ESA50, the ball is firmly in their court.
You could contact ATOS by e-mail for an update :
See e-mail link under : "WCA Customer Service:" to the right of this page :

Hi W,
In my own case it was 5 months before I head anything from ATOS (an appointment for a face2face assessment) - and the backlog was not as bad then as it is now!
