hello mods I am hoping you can advise me on what to do, I received an award review, re the above. Is this what they call the light touch, \I rang up to ask if I had to send in the same reports, I as I did 18 months ago, and was told no, to only send any letter/reports that were new, or proof of any new conditions. I asked the gentleman his name, for reference, and he would only give me his first name.. I just want to ensure that he is right, as I only have until 18 December to return the form. I just do not trust the dwp Thank you in advance.

Hi Rapheal

This is a normal review process. The 'light touch review' is not yet in place and they are yet to announce exactly what it means. You do not need to send in all the reports that you sent in before - but personally I would always note on the form what they already have. Do look, however, at our advice for filling in a review form. (I assume this is PIP). Although you do not have to write loads, you do need to remind them of your various difficulties. and don't just write 'no change'
