Thank you for your suggestion, the rules are more complicated than you suggest but we will see if we can come up with something suitable.

Thanks Gordon for updating the 12 Month Limit for ESA(CB) reference to reflect the WRAG CB ESA "Clock" will be reset to zero' situation www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claim...um-faq/esa-faq#ESA10

Just a quick update, my ESA decision came today and I have been placed straight into the Support Group this time without the need for a medical.

Posted the ESA forms back on the 3rd January 2014 and the letter informing me of the decision is dated the 22nd January 2014, so in theory it took roughly only three weeks this time to get the decision back.

To me it shows to a certain degree it depends on who you get reviewing your original ESA Assessment at ATOS, and then hopefully a Decision Maker that will obviously agree with their recommendation and uphold it, it's a lottery.

Thankyou for the continued support of this forum, and to the people that make it possible to help provide others with help when they need it most. I'm sure everything you do is very much appreciated by many members who have found your guides and comments invaluable when they are at a very anxious time in their lives.
