Hi

Send the wife's latest esa50 to atos and copy to the decision maker at gloucester benefits office yesterday.

Checked with track and trace. The copy to atos says no information available and the copy to the benefits office says its been redirected and will take longer to deliver.

Has anybody else had problems getting delivery confirmation when returning their forms?

Hi awh,

We hear of this quite a lot from members.

It will generally show up as delivered within a few days.

It is most likely that both copies have gone to Mail Distribution Centres, where they are then redirected to the relevant office.

Even though members have reported the same as you, none of them have reported any further problems.

Your payments should continue as normal until the reassessment is complete. The payments are issued by the DWP not Atos so sending them your form will make no difference.

You might want to check both of the following links to see what is happening with your two letters, apparently (and they can offer no good reason for doing so), the Post Office have two Track and Trace systems, one of which is more informative than the other.
