From my experience, it would not. I am a former Welfare Rights Lawyer & DLA Tribunal Member with over 35 years experience in welfare rights and 11 years as a DLA Tribunal Member. Unless a professional representative is familiar with DLA claims and representation at DLA Appeals, they can sometimes do more harm than good.
