Ok I could ask my Physio for a report, do I get an extra two weeks to provide evidence since I requested to see my GP report?
My consultant was aware that I can't walk, cook, dress myself and bath etc so would that help if I provided that?
Also I'm on a pain management course and was recently assessed as having bad depression, anxiety and also my pain levels are way higher than that of average chronic pain sufferers would that help to get a report saying that? That's through my psychologist but she's part of my specialists team at a rehabilition centre so would her report count?
I think I would like a medical as the dr who comes is really nice and he got my decision overturned last time? Is it a good sign there requesting additional info for a reconsideration?
I'm so sorry for all the questions, stress goes hand in hand with my illness (CFS) so as you can imagine I'm making myself very I'll over this :(

Every post here is read by a moderator before it is made public, so there is always a delay before it appears. How long this takes depends entirely on how many (voluntary) moderators are online and how busy we are :)

I'm afraid that, whilst you can certainly request a face2face assessment, you are not able to insist on this, it is down to the discretion of the company who administer these.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Very good advice, Bud.

A letter from your consultant and psychologist confirming the limitations you describe would be good providing they are less than a year old.

You can ask for a medical but this is at their discretion. You will not necessarily see the same doctor.

You can ask for additional time to provide evidence but again this is at their discretion. Make this request over phone initially but follow up in writing and ask for written confirmation.

They always ask if you have additional evidence you would like to send.

I totally agree with you about more recent evidence is more beneficial,
But there is historical evidence which can be beneficial if it is a part of the history/ story of the claim
