Hi P,

That is correct for PIP, but the original poster is on DLA LRM, hence my comments.

The problem with Blue Badges at present is that it isn't a universal scheme throughout the UK.

Some County Council's will accept a GP's letter, others insist on an assessment by a Council OT.

Even when PIP criteria is used, Councils will still have the discretion to award a Blue Badge, even the disabled person isn't on DLA or PIP.
