Congratulations on getting your claim moving again.

For anybody reading this in isolation from other topics discussing face to face assessments, your MP cannot push, cajole, manipulate, shame, etc. ATOS or Capita into processing your claim without their carrying out a face to face assessment. This will only happen if they have sufficient information to make a recommendation without one.

You MP can highlight that such information exists and may be able to help prioritise your claim over others, but they cannot interfere with or influence the legal process of assessment.
