14 months is possibly a record! There are two sides to this I can see. On the one hand you should be continuing to receive the same payments. Any new decision could see a reduction in benefits. On the other hand you are left in limbo regarding your financial future. Making a 'fuss' may result in a quicker decision. It may help to have someone else contact for you such as MP or benefits advisor.
