Yes it would be a GL24.

If your problems date back to when you were 16, in other words you could not turn a page then, then any reports from that time would still have value. If this was not the case then your main issue is showing that you had the problem at the time of the assessment and that it has not developed subsequently. Have you spoken to your GP about this, they may be able to provide the information you need.

Hi, just wanted to update the thread. I submitted an appeal on the grounds that I misunderstood the descriptor and that it is actually applicable to me. 11 weeks later (from when my appeal had been confirmed as being received) and the DM has placed me in the support group. I managed to find some good supporting evidence which I think helped too. Big thanks for the help, it's a huge weight off my shoulders.
