CB ESA

I am inquiring for my mum. She was made redundant recently and as she has health problems would find it hard to find and hold down a new job as hanging onto the one she had was tough enough. She applied for CB ESA and got a letter back saying she had no paid enough or been contributed enough national insurance stamps. This is untrue as she has work for this current company full time for near 12 years. She has requested her P60's for the years ending 2013 and 2014 but she is still waiting for them to come. I am wondering what she can do if they do not come at all? and if they do and are late as she only has one month for the MR. I found the P60 for 2014 but she does not havve her P60 for 2013.

Thank you. That has been done. Do you know roughly how long it takes to hear back from them. I can not find any information on how long it takes for their reply.
