Last time I rang to say we were going away for a few nites to my sister inlaws who is a nurse and had made provisions for my ltd mobility etc. I was told off for wasting their time with a response of 'Do you think we have time to write out when ever you are away for the odd nite or so we are too busy for all of that nonsense'. So I no longer bother. Probably wrong but I refuse to be haranged again.
