Hi xpgm,

It informs you how to find out what the recommended period before reassessment is. (The Prognosis)

This information is not included in The SG Award Decision Notice letter !

It also tells you how to obtain the ESA Documentation that was used in coming to your SG Award decision which may be helpful at your next reassessment !

Yes, you can ring ESA now, they should have the prognosis of your SG Award on-screen, but you may have to make a written request for the Medical Report (ESA85) and any other ESA Documentation.

The linked post tells you how to go about this !

Just phoned ESA my assessment date is 21/02/2017
And i asked for ESA 85 medical report they are going to send it to me ,asked for esa 113 they said that it should come with medical report.
any else i need to do.

Hi xpgm,

So it looks like you have a two year prognosis on your SG Award !

If you read the post that I linked to, if you don't receive the Medical Report, you will have to chase it up with a SAR.

There may not be an ESA 113 Questionnaire unless one was sent to your G.P., but you can request it any way.

You could also request The LT54, there will definitely be one of those !

You could cover all bases by adding that you are requesting All documentation used in coming to your SG decision.

All the information that you need is in that linked post.

The reason that is best to request this Documentation as early as possible after your decision is that you will then not be pushed to obtain it when your next reassessment begins, you can file it, sit back and wait.

It can be very helpful with your next reassessment to know how and why you were placed into The SG !!

Once you have obtained the above you can relax !!
