Carers Allowance and ESA

I thought I was going mad being the only one in this situation!
I called them up and asked why they were insisting this and were told by someone extremely abruptly that I should appreciate getting it and not having less coming in which we would if the claim was changed and to wait until reassessment and see what happens. As if by magic hubby has received a capability form.Will post again when assessment is done
