Hi guys,
After reading the new guidelines kindly supplied by the OP, I have come across the following information with regards cases that should not require face to face consultation, paragraph 2.5.10 and I quote,
" claimants with musculoskeletal conditions such as poorly controlled rheumatoid arthritis or severe osteoarthritus awaiting major surgery"

My question regards this is this, I provided a letter from my consultant who states I require hip replacement on my left hip, shortly followed replacement of my left hip due to advanced bi lateral osteoarthritis, do you therefore think that I will be awarded PIP without the face to face assessment?
