Please try and keep your questions on PIP to one topic, you are making extra work for the Moderators!

ESA and PIP have separate criteria with only limited crossover, it is perfectly possible to qualify for the highest rate of one and receive no award for the other.

Even if you scored points for ESA in those areas where the two overlap, there is no obligation on the PIP assessor or the Decision Maker to look at your ESA reports.
