Rang Maximus to find out the up to date position on my ESA reassesment. My GP replied to them which they received on 9th March 2016; but it wasnt the Med113 form it was something called an FRR2 form. The call handler at Maximus had never heard of it, so I am wondering if anybody knows what it is. My claim has still not been looked at since the GP reply, by a Dr at Maximus and the call handler said they have a huge backlog and the average time now is 13 weeks for a file to be looked at. My question is what is an FRR2 and what would be the reason for this to be sent and not a Med113.
Many thanks for your help. I am sorry to trouble you

The FRR2 is a Factual Report, it's not dissimilar to the ESA113 but offers the assessor more opportunity to ask questions and the GP more space to respond than the ESA113 which has a very fixed format.
Your GP should be able to show you what was asked and how they responded.

I wonder if you would be able to give me the link to the questions I may be asked at a WCA. i have tried to access the members Guides but for some reason I cant get into them. I tried logging out and logging in again to check that my membership is ok, It lets me log in but wont let me access the quides. A link would be very helpful.
Thank you for your support and knowledge.
