Have contacted ATOS, and they stated, we are pleased to inform you we have been able to complete your assessment report on evidence already available and that we will not need to see you for a consultation. The report has gone to DWP. Thank you for contacting us and for your patience while we reviewed the evidence supporting your claim.
What I can recall when phoning them on 14/09/15 regarding the f2f was a change in attitude after bringing up the Equality Act and personal injury. The fact that now they do have sufficient evidence for a paper assessment is a turnaround to them being adamant a consultation was required. Still not entirely sure whether this is positive or just means 0pts.

Hi s,

Thanks for the update !

You are not the first of our members who have seen such a "turn around" after referring to EA 2010, etc !!

I am afraid that there is no way of knowing what the eventual decision will be.

You could ring The PIP helpline for an update in a week or so !!

PIP helpline
Telephone: 0345 850 3322
Textphone: 0345 601 6677
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm

Fingers crossed !!

Please let us know when you have some news.
