NMC guidelines state that to remain a registered nurse (legal requirement to work in any official role) said nurse must complete 450 hours of registered practice and 35 hours of educational study every 3 years to keep up a registration. I dont think there work with Atos etc is classed as registered practice as such work would not keep them updated with current practices etc.
So really each one would have to complete approx 12x 40hr weeks of...... Proper nursing plus some research paper or continuing professional developmental study or they are not legally alowed to work
