My point too is to have everything in writing end of.

I have found some of the call centre people very helpful. Some will read back what they have typed and adjust it and read it back again.

One kindly checked if they had access to the document I needed, printed it out and put it in the post straight away (after I had asked twice and got nothing). So I got it in time for the Mandatory Reconsideration.
