She should be able to claim carers for looking after you.

Am I entitled to housing benefit for 3 bedrooms for a carer which I can now afford ?

You would have to check with your Local Authority, we don't deal with Housing Benefit on the forum, the rules surrounding bedrooms for Carers are far from clear.
