Appeal and extra information on meds?

I was wondering whether it is worth posting out evidence to the tribunal that my medication has been increased yet again.I am not sure whether they will consider it or not? My mental health has deteriorated and have been to see my Gp who has decided to increased my medication, however I only went to my gp after I submitted the appeal. Do you think posting out evidence will help with my case that little bit? or is it even possible to do that?
Thanks

It is best not to submit anything suggesting your health has deteriorated since this can result in you being asked to make a new claim as your circumstances have changed.

The appeal panel can only consider your limitations as they were at the time of the Decision you are appealing and change since then must be excluded.

In that case DWP would start the reassessment process but change would be deemed to start when you notify them, it would not be backdated.
