can i put adv ocate on the sscs1 form and change our mind so my wife can attend if we cant find someone before tribunal many thanks steve

im going to tribunal next week representing my wife was given standard rate care and no mobility if we win the case does the money get back dated from when our money was reduced we were on enhanced care and standard mobility many thanx steve

As a Tribunal Re-look at an adverse decision to see whether the original adverse decision under appeal was correct, if they find in your favour they will Re-make the original adverse decision, so you you would be entitled to any back payments owed from the date of the original adverse decision that you have appealed.
