How Much Additional Medical Evidence

Just to update you. Hubby was seen at home by an ATOS HCP who claimed to have been a Paramedic in a sub-station in the region that I worked at the same time. But he was unable to provide me with answers to key questions of other locations, managers and other personnel that worked in that sub-station at the same time and also of key training centres that he would have had to attend on an annual basis to maintain his Paramedic status; or even the names of the Schedulers, who decided on his working hours and who he would have to contact over his Annual Leave.

Hubby's questioning was rushed and many of the questions 'leading'. 90% of the questions and of the physical exam related to his legs and only 10% related to his Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis complications which directly related to the complications with his legs and which both showed the restrictions on his abilities to perform ADLs and the Mobility components of PIP.

I gave him a copy of the Radiology disc containing over 1,000 images (but they were dated); and a copy of all his paper medical evidence that I had acquired and arranged in chronological order, scanned and put together in zip files and burnt to disc and formatted the disc so that it could not be altered or deleted in any way.

When I presented that to him as additional evidence as to his main disabilities and ongoing compliications that effect his ADL and Mobility Descriptors, all he said was: "I hope you don't expect me to read all this".........my reply was "That's up to you", I wish I now had given him the legal versions of 'Well aren't you obligated to under Sections 2.8 subsections 11, 12, 13 of the DWP PIP Assessment Guidelines for providers carrying out assessments for
