HI Shell

At least you will get an assessment. And it seems obvious you can prove your condition.

I have aspergers/depression, evidence sent to back it all up and they denied me a face to face. Now I'm appealing partly on the grounds that a face to face was not done. They simply don't give a toss and have all of it has ruined my state of mine

Hi s,

I have no idea "which" Benefit you are referring to in your post and looking back : Here at your multiple topics, it seems that you have made topics on PIP and ESA !

I take it from your reference to "20 metres", although I am only guessing, that you are referring to PIP.

In answer to your query at the end of your post, whether it be PIP or ESA only The Assessment Provider (ATOS/Capita for PIP or Maximus for ESA) can decide whether or not you have provided enough evidence for them to make a paper based assessment without the need for a face to face.

Can you please make it clearer in your future posts "what" benefit you are referring to and keep all your ESA related queries to one topic, as I advised : Here and all your PIP related queries to another topic.

I know that you might be upset, and I fully understand why you are so upset, but although "ranting" in a post is a good way of letting off steam, it doesn't really help anybody !! :)

hi sorry did not make it more clear was in support group what happened was when first transferred over to esa from invalidity benefit was put into wrag which i did not have a clue how it all worked so after a year was caught up in the year ruling so went to tri to get in to support group it took all of 2mins in fact one said that he was sorry I had been put through this, the grounds that I was awarded on was that I cannot work unaided and to do so grinds away more bone which will quicken up the fact that I am going to lose the left leg as cannot do new knee operation due to other problems and this would be the last resort to remove it I have this in both legs but the left is the worst yet again sorry

sorry to hear this and hope everything goes ok for you I don't know, beginning to think that a face to face might be the best way after talking to a lot of people about this, sometimes I think it is because they do not have a clue about your condition 1 worked for years with people with you condition along side other life destroying disabilities so good luck and try and keep going I know it is hard

Hi s,

O.K., so it's ESA ! :)

Have you been told that you will need to go through an ESA face to face ?

If so, have you took part in it yet ?

i.e. Can you please clarify where you are up to in the re-assessment process ?
