PIP reassessment

When I got my pip award last year, March, for 2 years, I was informed in my letter that they would contact me after 2 March this year to renew, I have not received a pip2 form yet and wondered how long I should leave it before I contact the DWP to see if the form has been sent?

I don't want to be told they have (allegedly) sent it and I have not received it

Hi Mags,

PIP reassessment forms do seem to be sent out around 12 months ahead of time so it is unusual that yours has not yet arrived. In your position I would wait another week or so and then contact DWP to see what is happening.Contacting them in this way should not trigger reassessment if it is not already in the pipeline!

I rang them today and yes the form was sent out on the 2/3, but will take 10 days to get to me

Form filled in, easier this time as I had copies from last year, things are a bit worse so changed answers to incorporate this.

Got my evidence copied just waiting for a letter of support from my Doctor, then I shall send the form in (tracked, next day delivery) I know this is expensive but for my peace of mind it's worth it, then the waiting game starts!
