If it is pertinent to PIP, it would have to have been post 08/04/13 when PIP Regs came into force !

I shall have a hunt thru what piles of stuff I still have kept since my award and see if I can locate it online. I can remember it was something a judge said as part of someones appeal,albeit it a small part of the judges discourse

this is ABUSE and complaints should state this no one is to be left in that state at all and I would take this as far as you can get in touch with some one from pova this person needs to made to be made to explain themselves hope you are ok
