Brother has decided he's happy with his award so that's that. 
I'm much more settled with his decision, it's had a beneficial affect on his mental health because we've had to help support him for the last 6 months or so and he has HATED that.
Thanks so much for all the help and support we've had, it's helped us through some tough times and I can't thank you enough.
