Even though you have switched from JSA to ESA you remain in the Work Programme and being on the assessment rate does not preclude you from having to perform Work Related Activity.

I would start by ringing your CWP advisor to make sure that they know that that you have moved to ESA. The appointment letter should make it clear whether your attendance at the meeting is mandatory or not, if it is and your advisor is not prepared to remove the requirement then I would go as long as you are physically able to do so.

Do you have a contact for a JC+ advisor? If you do then you can try them as well.

Most are concluded in 4-5 weeks, but there is no specified timescale so it could be as little as a week or several months.
