If you are found Fit for Work and you are unable to overturn the Decision then you can only make a new claim for ESA if you can show that you have a new condition or your existing conditions have deteriorated such that an award could be reasonably expected.

You can request the ESA85 assessment report once a Decision has been made.

Any letter you have had from the DWP with regard to your ESA claim will have the address of the office that is dealing with it.
