In fact that was ignored except for saying they had no evidence for it from observing me while I was sitting down. I actually felt ok on this...I sort of hoped they were right, they are medical practitioners after all. So I relaxed my guard on personal safety based on their report. I was wrong to do so and fell down the stairs fracturing my wrist in two places. It is pinned. I have lost a lot of rotation and it is permanent and have been under physio for months. If I had not read that report and believed it I would not be in this state now. I am lucky this is not worse Can ATOS be held responsible in any way?
I'm afraid we cannot give legal advice on the forum.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
