I'm afraid I cannot really offer advice, it's your claim and only you can decide whether it helps or hinders your claim.

From what I can see the letter is saying walk OR stairs not walk followed by stairs, but if it confused you then it may confuse others.

Thanks Gordon ,
i decided it to send it as it was detailed history of the last 6 months.
if they jump on it , i will argue it .
the last shambolic PIP assessment , kept stating " no specialist intervention".
this time i sent not a cover letter, but as you said, additional information , and 13 documents all letters dated since the tribunal date , confirming the problems and symptoms i am experiencing, basically backing up the fact since May 2014 , the on going problems with chest pain , which impact on me massively , has taken 2 years to be ruled out as cardiac, liver, lung and the diseased gallbladder removed, and now left with GP to manage . Even with recent a&e admissions, the GP says, it can only be fibromyalgia, so she is now started me on new drugs , to assist with the pain. and this symptom that has been with me for 2 years now , and exacerbated the flare ups since the op in June, they are more frequent and more intense and leave me laid up for days , weeks.
i used your guide and said i can not be relied on to do this on my own , its help i need , not help i get.
they will jump on the "carer for husband" with stroke. in all other docs, including PIP ESA and Tribunal and hospital letters.
the tribunal commented on this too. they said they aknowledged my difficulties, but managed them the majority of the time.
i have no blooming choice!
i felt unfairly discriminated against , just by association.
BUT the appeal was allowed for mobility.
But this time around i am prepared for that to crop up .
its no secret. Its why I am bloody ill. now.
The kind of "caring" i do has nothing to do with parker baths , inco pads, lifting and shifting , dressing and washing and wiping...but absolutely everything else.
He is in heart failure now after 22 yrs post stroke, and deteriorating rapidly. i only wish the "substantial caring" was 35 hours a week!!
its 3pm , and he has been aslepp for 3 hours, giving me a chance to recharge. its like gods waiting room.
i will let you know. i am expecting a knock back, but will appeal.
just FYI, in surrey we had great support from a disability charity with benefits and appeals. The funding has been cut and 6 WB advisers for disabled clients , have been made redundant.
i was made redundant in 2010 , because of cuts too. i worked for a national charity.
thank you for this site.

Hi

I have my review PIP assessment tomorrow . Again, i have no one to come with me. My husband is ill and getting worse, for me , it stresses me out , i would rather go without him.
i know i have had 2 atos assessment before , 1 for pip....total farce...1 for ESA,,,
i have tried to acess the medical assessment download , but it says i have to subscribe? i have 200 odd days left ?
the fibromyalgia flucuates immensly , what should i expect or be prepare to experience going it to PIP on my own? i have stressed on my forn, the help i need..but dont get it.

wish me luck.

Best of luck, although I really hope that you do not need it.
