I won't say that it could not happen but they use different computer systems and are in different buildings!

Hi, I have today received my PIP medical report and under the taking nutrution heading, the HP has stated although she may have a reduced appetite due to her low mood, it is medically probable natural instinct would take over and she would eat when she is hungry without anyone prompting her to.

For info - I never get hungry and would not eat without prompting or a meal placing in front of me.

Please accept my apologies for my ignorence; what does 'medically probable' mean please?

'Medically probable' means that the assessor thinks it is likely from his/her knowledge of medicine and physiology.

If the assessor thinks from their knowledge of medicine and physiology do you think it is worth trying to appeal this? I am worse than I was at my last PIP assessment and yet I scored 4 points then.

The assessor is welcome to his/her opinion - but that is only one person and other opinions might vary. I don't see why you shouldn't argue for what you know is right.
