Hi Carol, this might be too late, if so I hope all went well. I went with my partner for his appeal on Tuesday, and it was tough, and fairly invasive, but not at all aggressive. They really seemed to be trying to be fair and find points for him. In the end they found in his favour. I hope it was the same for you x
