update
MR turned down.
All written in one big paragraph so difficult to take in.
next stop appeal.they seem to be saying that because I can drive and work I can't have Monday fog and poor concentration. that bit seems clear because they repeat it a number of times.
about the higher rate of mobility I need to read it again because I'm not getting what their justification is at all.

thought I posted this earlier.
update
MR no change of decision.
Because I work 5 days a week and drive I can't have mind fog and poor concentration.
Because nobody helps me in the middle of the night when I'm up 4 to 5 times for 60 mins a time.....I don't need any help
Because I said I walk slowly with frequent stops which I cant find anywhere in my forms...because I actually said that every step I take is with severe pain and discomfort which exists 24 hrs a day.......I am not virtually unable to walk.
Basically I have been made out to be a liar!
This definitely is an emotional experience.
Looks like appeal is next step then.
Is there a facility on here to submit your claim form etc for someone to review and advise?
thank you.

In turning me down at the MR stage, they have quoted a lot of case law.
Where can I get access to these cases and others
I have looked on disabilityrights website.
Thanks

I'm afraid not, it's not a service we can provide.

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems
