Yes, you will be sent a copy as part of the DWP's submission to the hearing, or you can ask you GP practice for a copy now.

I had my assessment at home today. The assessor was really nice. She said she is a paramedic.
The only thing I'm worried about is the walking. She asked how long I could walk for, how many minutes? Could I walk for 5 minutes, 20 minutes etc. I though they were supposed to ask how many metres I could walk. I said that I could walk for about 5 minutes but that I would be in pain before I start and would be fatigued and have to rest afterwards and that I wouldn't be able to repeat it
I'm now worried that she will say I can walk.
Is this what they are supposed to ask? She was doing all the questions on a computer.
I think I might get some of the care component because I couldnt move and do what she asked me to do like bending, crouching, reaching behind my back and turning my head.
Because of this I have problems dressing and bathing.

Unfortunately the assessors have switched tactics on walking distance by asking about how long a claimant can walk. Someone walking, even at a very slow pace would likely cover 100m in 5 minutes, but that walking must be done reliably and on the majority of days, which from your post would not be the case.
I am afraid you will have to wait and see what the Decision is before you can take any action but you might be able to get ahead of the game by requesting a copy of the assessment report from the DWP office dealing with your claim, just phone or write to them.

Thank you Gordon. I'll request a copy in a couple of days. Give them chance to write the report. That's not good that they have changed tactics

I'm still concerned about getting an increase in my mobility award because I am over 65. I have been reading a disability rights handbook this afternoon and it says that it can't be increased once you are 65 so I'm not sure what is right, I can't find anything about it in the gov.uk website. I have the lower rate DLA mobility at the moment and have had the PIP assessment.
who is correct?
Thanks
